Storm Week
Storm Week is a read-only officer view that pairs the alliance’s next Desert Storm and next Canyon Storm match side by side, then shows exactly which players are on one roster, the other, or both — so cross-event load is visible before you assign it.
// ON THIS PAGE
What it is
Storm Week is a small cross-event coordination hub. It doesn’t run either event — actions live on the individual match pages — it just puts the alliance’s next Desert Storm and next Canyon Storm match next to each other and surfaces the overlap between their rosters. It is read-only by design.
// NOTE
The two-match pairing
The page picks the soonest upcoming match of each event and renders a summary card for each — scheduled date, team or faction, status, and how many starters and subs are assigned — with a link straight through to the full match page. If only one event has something scheduled, you still get its card; if neither does, an empty state points you at both events to schedule one.
// HEADS UP
Roster overlap
When both events have an upcoming match, Storm Week counts the players across the two rosters into three buckets: both events, Desert Storm only, and Canyon Storm only. Below the counts, a cross-event roster table lists each player with a marker for whether they’re on the DS roster, the CS roster, or both, alongside their reliability track record where there’s history to show.
The players in the “both” bucket are the ones to watch — they’re carrying load in two events, which is exactly the sort of thing that’s invisible when you plan each event in isolation. Overlap stats only appear once both events have a match scheduled; until then the page tells you what’s still missing.
