AI screenshot scanning

AI scanning is a Pro feature that turns in-game screenshots into structured data. Drop one or more screenshots into a result form, ranking entry, or member-import flow and the platform extracts player names, scores, MVP awards, attendance — whatever the screen shows. The form pre-fills with the extracted values for you to review and save.

Where it shows up

Anywhere you'd otherwise type a leaderboard in by hand — a small camera icon indicates the AI option:

  • Desert Storm post-match result entry (player scores, MVP awards)
  • Alliance Duel daily and weekly ranking entry
  • Donation rankings (the score-based VS Day 6 leaderboard)
  • Marshal's Guard ranking entry
  • Zombie Siege wave entry
  • Power Tracker (member roster bulk update)
  • Members directory (bulk-create placeholders from an alliance roster screenshot)

How it works

Drop one or more screenshots into the dropzone (or paste from the clipboard). The platform sends them to a vision model tuned on Last War screen layouts, parses the response into structured rows (player name, score, etc), and pre-fills the form. Every extracted row shows up for review before save — you can edit a name, drop a row, or fill in a missing one before committing.

// NOTE

The platform doesn't auto-save scanned data. There's always a review step where the officer confirms what landed. For long leaderboards (50+ rows), this matters — there's no “set and forget” mode that could save the wrong numbers to your alliance.

Getting good scans

  • Take screenshots from inside the in-game UI rather than cropping from a video. The vision model is tuned on raw UI captures.
  • Submit the full leaderboard in one shot rather than scrolled slices when you can — the model is better at one continuous list than a stitched composite.
  • For long lists (60+ rows), split into two screenshots that overlap by a few rows. The platform de-duplicates on review.
  • Don't edit the screenshot. Cropped, recoloured, or text-overlaid images confuse the model.

Limits and accuracy

Accuracy on a clean screenshot is typically over 95% on names and 99% on numbers. Common failure modes are unusual characters in player names (the in-game font is tight on accented characters and emoji), and very low-resolution screenshots from older devices.

On the Pro plan, each alliance gets 200 extractions per month — well above what an active alliance uses even when scanning Marshal's Guard, Alliance Duel, donations, and Desert Storm results every cycle. A single extraction can include up to 20 screenshots, so a long leaderboard counts as one scan. There's no per-scan billing — the cap exists to keep cost predictable, not to meter normal use.
