What is Last Command?

Last Command is a web-based command centre for Last War: Survival alliances. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-Discord-thread setup most active alliances start with, giving officers a single dashboard for events, members, and decision-support data, and giving members a clean view of where they're meant to be each week.

Who it's for

Last War alliances that have moved past the “everyone in one chat” phase. If your officers are juggling Discord threads for Desert Storm signups, a shared sheet for VS rankings, and someone's memory for who hasn't donated this week, the platform is built for you.

You don't need to be a top-tier alliance to use it. The free tier covers the core coordination tools forever; Pro unlocks AI screenshot scanning and richer analytics for alliances that want to lean into data.

What the platform does

The dashboard is organised around the events your alliance plays and the people who play them. The big areas:

  • Desert Storm — auto-create the weekly match, run signups, drag-and-drop building assignments, send 60-minute reminders, record results and attendance. See the Desert Storm guide.
  • Event tracking — paste in-game leaderboard screenshots for Alliance Duel, Marshal's Guard, Zombie Siege, donations and more. AI extracts player names and scores; manual entry works on free.
  • Members and profiles — full alliance roster with power-history charts, train history, and per-event participation. Including placeholders for in-game players who haven't signed up yet, so officers don't lose track of them.
  • Officer Pulse — a single decision-support view that scores members across the four big signals (donations, VS, Marshal's, DS attendance) so recruitment- room conversations have data. See the Pulse guide.
  • Coordination — train scheduling, hive maps, war windows, announcements with optional Discord webhook, calendar of all events on one timeline.

How the pieces fit together

Most data flows from one place to several others. A worked example:

Officer pastes the Friday post-match screenshot into the Desert Storm result form → AI extracts scores and per-player attendance → attendance updates feed the member's DS attendance signal → that signal feeds Pulse's composite score → which surfaces the member as either a contributor, at-risk, or a mover next week.

You don't have to use everything. Plenty of alliances run DS through Last Command and nothing else, then pick up Pulse or Marshal's Guard tracking once they're ready.

Free and Pro

The free tier is genuinely free forever and covers Desert Storm coordination, member directory, manual event input, donations, shield board, and the basic metrics. Pro adds AI screenshot scanning, advanced analytics including Pulse, custom audiences for targeted announcements, and longer history retention.
