Custom events

Custom events are score trackers for anything Last Command doesn't already have a built-in tracker for — seasonal fights, Sky Predator, Glacieradon, point competitions. An officer defines the event once, then records scores per member per day.

What it is

Last Command ships trackers for the events most alliances run — Desert Storm, VS, the kills leaderboard, and so on. But every alliance has its own one-off fights and competitions that don't map to a built-in game event. Custom events fill that gap: anything you can score, you can track.

Typical uses are seasonal bosses like Sky Predator or Glacieradon, alliance point competitions, and internal challenges — whatever your alliance wants a shared scoreboard for.

Creating an event

Officers (R5/R4) create custom events; other members view them. Creating one takes two fields:

  • Name — what the event is, for example “Sky Predator”.
  • Score label — optional, the unit you're counting, such as “Damage” or “Points”. Leave it blank and scores are simply labelled “Score”.

Save it and you drop straight into the event's own page, where the day-by-day scoring happens.

Recording scores

Inside an event, officers record a score for each member on a given day. Because scores are kept per day, you can run an event over several days and see how each member contributed across the whole run rather than just a single total.

// NOTE

Custom events are about how much each member scored. If instead you want a repeating entry on the shared calendar — a bear trap or fortress battle on a fixed cadence — use recurring events, and see the event calendar for how the two fit together.

Archiving

When an event is done, an officer can archive it. Archived events drop out of the active list but aren't deleted — their scores are kept, and you can reopen an archived event or restore it to the active list at any time.

// TIP

Archive last season's boss fights rather than deleting them. You keep the record for comparison next time the event comes round, and the active list stays focused on what's running now.
