Custom audiences

A custom audience is a saved list of alliance members under a name you choose — for example 'Officers', 'Trial squad', 'Long-haul donors'. Once saved, it shows up as a target option in the announcement composer so you don't have to re-pick the same people every time.

How it works

Open Settings → Audiences as R5 or R4. Each audience has a name and a list of members. Tick the members who belong, save. The audience becomes editable from the same page any time members come or go.

// NOTE

Audiences are simple member lists, not rule-based filters. You pick people by name, not by “everyone above 100M power” or “everyone with R4 rank”. If you want to message a whole rank, the announcement composer has built-in rank filters separately.

Try it

// LIVE DEMO · SAMPLE DATA
Members3 selected · 3 with Discord linked
The real form, running on demo data instead of your live alliance. Tick or untick members; the Discord-coverage summary at the top updates live. The save button is wired to a no-op so the form doesn't redirect.

Using an audience

Anywhere you can compose an announcement (one-off or scheduled) you'll see the audience picker. Saved custom audiences appear alongside the built-in filters (everyone, by rank, DS signed-up players, current DS roster) — pick one, or stack a few, and the announcement only fans out to that group.

Discord delivery follows the same selection. If a member in the audience hasn't linked a Discord user ID, the announcement still reaches them in-app and via push, but obviously not via the Discord webhook.
