Activity and engagement

Activity is the single-screen engagement view for officers. It folds every tracked event into one score per member, colour-codes the table so trouble stands out, and flags who is below pace or genuinely inactive — so you can see disengagement building before a member goes quiet for good.

What it shows

Open Activity from the Overview. Every active member gets a row combining their contribution across the whole alliance: Desert Storm attendance and win rate, power growth, Alliance Duel (VS) score, donations, shields, best Alliance Exercise score (Marshal's Guard or Sandworm Battle) and furthest Zombie Siege wave — with a composite engagement score and a band badge on the right.

The table is colour-coded so it reads like a heatmap: red, amber and green cells make weak spots obvious without reading a single number. You can sort by any column, filter by rank or engagement band, and search for a player.

// NOTE

Activity is an officer surface (R5, R4 and web admins) and a Pro feature. Free alliances see it locked with an upgrade prompt rather than hidden.

The real activity table on sample data — sort, filter and search are live.

The engagement score

The engagement score is a single 0–100 number per member, drawn from the same scoring engine that powers Officer Pulse. It weighs donations, Alliance Duel, Marshal's Guard and Desert Storm attendance against your alliance's own distribution, so it's a relative read — roughly 60 is the alliance average, higher is above it, lower is below.

Because the score is relative, it's coloured by band rather than a fixed cut-off — a raw threshold would mislabel an alliance where everyone is highly active. The period selector (week, month or year) decides the window everything is scored over.

Bands and at-risk flags

Every member lands in one of four bands:

  • Leading — well above the alliance average.
  • Steady — around the average. The healthy majority sit here.
  • Below pace — active, but trailing the alliance. Worth a nudge.
  • Inactive — an absolute flag, reserved for members with zero recorded activity across every tracked event in the window. Nobody is ever called inactive just for scoring below average.

The summary tiles pull the two you act on to the front — Below pace and Inactive — alongside the total member count and the average score. Filter the table to either band to get a clean shortlist for outreach: recognise the leaders, quietly check in with the rest.

// TIP

“Inactive” meaning literally nothing recorded is the strongest signal on the page. If the count looks too high, it usually means the underlying events weren't recorded that period — the fix is to record them, not to reinterpret the flag.

Period, access and related views

A few columns carry their own timing: Desert Storm attendance honours the selected period, while win rate stays all-time (there's no per-window source for it) and is labelled as such in the legend.
