// ALLIANCE OPERATIONS

Alliance management, in one place.

Last Command is the alliance management tool built for active alliances. R5 and R4 officers run operations; R1–R3 members get a clear view of their own week, targets and assignments. It replaces the spreadsheets, screenshots-in-Discord, and manual tracking grids most alliances run on, and turns them into one live command centre the whole alliance can use.

Free plan forever for the basics. Pro adds AI screenshot scanning, real-time officer collaboration, auto-scheduling, and the analytics dashboards officers actually use to make promotion and demotion calls.

// WHAT IT DOES

Built around the rhythms of an active alliance

Most active alliances coordinate the same way month after month: a Desert Storm match every Friday, a daily train rota, donations to track, Marshal's Guard scoring, Alliance Duel runs, Zombie Siege waves, the General's Trial leaderboard. Every one of those events generates a screenshot that needs to be turned into numbers, then numbers that need to feed back into who plays this week, who gets the next promotion, and who's been quietly drifting.

Last Command keeps all of those threads in one place. Your R4s see the same operational dashboard you do. Members get My Hub with today's asks, My Week, readiness, assigned season tasks and contribution progress. Reminders and event history stay attached to the right player account.

// DESERT STORM

Desert Storm coordination, end to end

Desert Storm is the centrepiece weekly event for any active alliance, and where most of an officer's coordination energy goes. Last Command runs the full lifecycle — weekly auto-creation (Pro), member signups, a balanced roster proposal, specialist roles, jumpers, power-aware building assignments, attendance tracking, post-match results, and the running leaderboard. Every R4 sees the same roster, in real time on Pro or with a 30-second auto-refresh on Free, so there's no “who's editing this” conflict.

Read more in the Desert Storm guide or the match planning walkthrough.

// MY HUB

Give every member a reason to open the app

My Hub translates alliance plans into a personal briefing. Members see today's asks, seven days of Storm and train commitments, assigned season work, profile readiness, weekly targets and their last completed week's contribution.

Members keep their own availability, time zone, preferred role and notification choices current. They can request a Storm place and read the plan, but alliance-wide create, apply, edit and delete controls remain with R4/R5. Read My Hub and My Week.

// AI SCANNING

Screenshot in. Structured data out.

The single biggest tax on an officer's time is typing leaderboards into a spreadsheet. Last Command's AI screenshot scanner takes the in-game capture you were going to paste into Discord anyway and pulls every player name and score off the image. Screenshot Inbox can sort a mixed batch first. Supported event, roster and result workflows include: Marshal's Guard, Sandworm Battle, Alliance Duel, Tech Donations, Kills, Zombie Siege, Member lists, Hero Power lists, Desert Storm signup rosters, Desert Storm result screens, and Canyon Storm result screens.

Pro alliances get 300 extractions a month, with up to 20 screenshots per scan. Every extracted row hits a review screen before save, so the wrong number never lands in your alliance without an officer signing off. The full pipeline is documented in AI screenshot scanning.

// MEMBERS

Every player tracked, even before they sign up

Drop in a member list screenshot from inside the game and Last Command creates a placeholder profile for everyone in your alliance. Officers can mark attendance, record donations, and track Desert Storm results against placeholders the moment you've uploaded the roster — there's no waiting for members to sign up before you can start running the alliance.

When a player eventually creates a Last Command account, an officer merges the placeholder into the new account. The full history follows automatically: donations, DS attendance, hero builds, train slots. Nothing is lost. See Placeholder members for the full flow.

// OFFICER PULSE

Decisions, backed by data

Most alliance leadership decisions come down to memory and vibe — “I think they've been quiet this week,” “they always carry their weight in DS.” Last Command's Officer Pulse turns that into a weekly scorecard: a composite of donations, Alliance Duel, Marshal's Guard, Desert Storm attendance, and Zombie Siege participation, calculated to surface who's carrying weight and who's drifting.

On Pro, Pulse pairs with the Power Tracker (historical power snapshots, so you can see who's climbing and who's stalled), the Hive Map planning surface, and the full Desert Storm leaderboard with every sort axis (win rate, average score, total score, attendance) — the data you actually need to argue from when promotions and demotions come up.
